Does anybody know how to contact someone like on YouTube so that I can make sure that they get my message? Like a phone number or email or something?

Nope you Can Send them a Message Through There Youtube Profile or a Comment But Thats About All you Can Do Rather They Get the Message Or Not Depends on if They Open and Read There Messages Or Not

They will not hand out emails and phone numbers on public profiles as anyone can ring and pester them. Most youtubers have a twitter link on their profile so you can always try to tweet or dm them via twitter. If not then the only way is to message them on YouTube. If it is really important make sure your message stands out. Of course it depends on how popular they are. Some YouTubers get hundreds if messages a day.
