What's all the fuss over Twitter?

Over the past few months, I've been hearing everyone talk about Twitter. They say it in the news, celebrities talk about it in interviews, and I swear my cat told me "Me want Twitter" the other day.

Anyway, I decided to check it out, and I found nothing of interest. Actually the whole concept of being able to "stalk" people all day is very boring to me.

Is it just me, or it Twitter way too over hyped?

I had a twitter account and canceled..when I saw followers I did find it like stalking and I could not block random perverts either and I could not stand wasting brain cells anymore.I waste enough here on yahoo and I get to choose who stalks me and who does not.

Is waste of space and media place and I hate twitter with a passion.

I guess every other website that was over hyped is now becoming boring and worn out? So Twitter comes in and now everyone is "omgosh i got a twitter...twitter meee". It's new so i guess it's cool. And LOL about the cat comment.=]
