Instagram hoax... or what....?

So, there are alot of pictures going around on Instagram saying they will be deleting 9000 accounts. To keep your ig you repost a picture and a hashtag thingy. And now its another saying they won't be deleting accounts, you'll just pay $4.99 if you don't post a picture and a hashtag thing. So.... Is this a hoax or real?

When you are on the site,Right click. Click Properties. It should say where it came from. It should read something like instagram.com. If it says something like buyshirts.com ,then you know its not instagram
