FACEBOOK VIDEO COPYRIGHT ERROR?
I made a video and uploaded it on Facebook that was cool but when I woke up early in the moring and singed in and they told "your video is removed from Facebook" and it's because of background music named "Remember the name" so Facebook removed the video completely and I hate it
Do you known what I have to do to upload that its very important
Some people told me that upload the video on YouTube then share it with Facebook and I don't want to do this
And one more thing isn't this is right that at the starting of the video if I write the music courtesy and upload it on facebook they will not remove the video from Facebook okay
Thanks in advance

You wrote "courtesy" of someone, meaning you have a license, so all you need to do is file a counter-notification and attach a copy of the courtesy (free) license you claims to have received from the copyright owners of the music.

Simple.

On the other hand, if you don't actually have the license you claimed you did, that is a serious copyright infringement, not to mention wire fraud, a federal crime.

YouTube has a content Identifying system
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g2U12SsRns

basically, Record labels, Movie studios, TV studios, and other entertainment companies - they give youTube files of their content and its entered in a database

When A video is uploaded, it is scanned for copyrighted material in their database while it's processing and if your video is found to have something in their database, You're automatically cited with a copyright claim or strike for copyright infringement.

Facebook also has the same thing. saying "music is courtesy of" on any site is not a license to copy and distribute the music

Copyright is literally the right to copy (And distribute) and that is never our right. The record labels, movie studios, tv channels, Book publishing companies, ETC - The copyrights to the material are the right of the companies who release the material, not ours

So going around posting music, movies, tv shows, ETC is a copyright violation. posting the copyrighted material online is no different than burning your friends a cd-r or dvd-r copy. It's piracy/unauthorized distribution/copyright infringement

Try posting the video without the song
