You won't find a "good" photo editor for a phone. Look into GIMP, its a free photo editor for your computer, that has basically the same functionality of photoshop.

Or (I'm not condoning stealing) if you were to somehow get your hands on a copy of photoshop there's lots of filters and effects you can play with, including layers which can get fun.
