How do I get over an ex? Found out he has a new gf?

The story is I found out from a friend that my ex has a new girlfriend and there was proof when I saw the pictures of him and his gf on facebook on her page. So what I did was I deleted him from facebook and instagram and his pics on my phone and he's number but then he followed me again on instagram and I'm not sure why

Completely ignore him, literally wipe him from your life, try and move on, maybe find someone?

You need to totally wipe him off your life and do something that will cheer you up and make you forget about all that like hanging out with your girls, do some shopping actually just have fun forget bout the person who do not give a f*** about your emotions anymore because if he cared about what would u feel like he wouldn't have posted those pics..so he has moved on, you also have move on....
