How can I stop Farmville notifications from Facebook on iPhone 4?

Hi, so with the new update, facebook on my phone has decided it's going to notify me whenever any of my neighbours send me a gift, and it's very annoying! I was wondering if anyone could help me to just get rid of the notification for gifts, I don't mind anything else from Facebook because if I didn't have the notifications I wouldn't know if someone commented on something or whatever, so it's JUST to get rid of the Farmville gift thing. And don't answer if you are just gonna tell me to stop playing Farmville, as that would be no help in the slightest!! Thanks in advance

If u dont want to play anymore, unsub to farmville. As long as u have a farmville account on ur facebook, notifications will keep coming

Go to the fb settings and change the notifications for farmville.

You have to disable these notifications from Facebook first and then they will (should) stop arriving to your iPhone, here is how:

Click on "See all notifications"
Place your cursor (arrow) over the farmville notification
A "X" button will appear in the upper right hand corner of the post. Click "X"
Select "Change app settings" and then click on "Never"
