Twitter wont update to the new layout?

everyone has the new layout for twitter but for some reason i dont. im on chrome by the way.

I think they meant the Twitter layout in their phones. The twitter website is still the same old layout.
But they have updated the Twitter apps a few times last year.

i think it's taking a while for people and honestly you don't want the new layout. it's horrible and ugly

i have 2 accounts on twitter and one (that i made first), has the new layout, and the one i made afterm has the old one. idk
