Notifications on facebook?!?

What's up with the notifications on facebook that say someone reported my profile?! I know they didn't ( I asked them), but it's happening to most of my friends too. I'm guessing this is a virus, and I was wondering who else got it and what they think.

I got it too and at first I was scared. So I asked several of them and they all said no.

it's a scam, if you click on the link and start the application it installs a virus onto your computer.

facebook will never contact you through applications, only through e-mail.

also, be wary of those "account verification" and "i caught you on a hidden camera yo!" scams, they are also loaded with spyware intended to get your information.
