Try Resetting your Facebook password.

Here give the email id which you used while registering Facebook. so a new password will be send to your mail id.

you mean someone got into your facebook and changed your password?
there should be a button saying forgot my password when you are trying to login. click it and it will let you change your pass. if that doesn't work, try emailing facebook support, they might give you a new password or close your account to stop the hacker using it.
