New and, 'improved' privacy settings on facebook? Help?
Well, the privacy settings on facebook have been changed recently. And now instead of seeing nothing on the front page. i.e before you could only see my picture and add me as a friend (to a not friend). Now you can see a lot more. I've changed everything in the Settings - Privacy to friends only, but to a non-friend they can see your, friends, page and where you live? Please help, this is definately not improved, it's worse than before!

Okay follow these steps and I'll have everything private for you.

Go to settings > privacy settings > profile information. Now you will see where you can set to everyone > friends of friends > friends only. Go down the list and click what you want for privacy(everyone, friends of friends, friends only). After you do that click "back to privacy" at the top left corner.

Now after going back to the privacy page click Contact information and do the same thing you did on profile information. Go down the list and set them on whatever privacy setting you want.

Now to hide friends so people who don't have you added can't see them.
Go to Profile > > Info > Scroll down to friend list > Click pencil in top right corner of friends list box > un-check "show friend list to everyone". That should solve that.

Now to not show where you live stay on your profile page go to > information > click pencil in top right corner of that box and select what you want shown.
