Need help with Instagram!?

I can't remember my name on Instagram because I haven't used it since 2011. Did they delete my profile because I didn't use it that long ? Where can I find what my username was? I tried on my yahoo account but when I search for the name I found there on Instagram it shows no results. And when I try to open a new account it says that an account on my email already exists.. Please help!

There should be a forgot password link. Press it, and they will send you an email to the registered email about how to reset it.
