My friend deleted my ex off my skype?

My ex and I had never ended it on bad terms it was more of a mutual decision because we were long distance. We are both very mature about it and it seems to be hard for both of us to let go. He hasn't deleted his profile picture with me, although he changed it after the breakup. He liked my new photo too. It's been four days. Today my friend came over and we both got a little tipsy and she went on my skype without my permission and deleted him. I'm worried he will think I'm acting immature, or he would fight back by deleting me off of facebook. I do not wish to lost all contact with him. What would you think if you were in his position? I still care by the way. Like I said, It's only been four days. And though my friend argues it was better for me to get over him that way, I wasn't fully ready to accept the fact we were over since it's only been a couple of days and you never know.
