How to deal with a shy guy?

So I'm a wrestling manager at my high school (my brother is a wrestler), and I met this cute guy who joined this year from football. He's really, REALLY shy but I definitely am intrigued / attracted to him. Apparently our parents used to be best friends when they first got married.

I noticed him at first because he seemed to stare at me a lot in practice. Like, A LOT and very noticeably. I followed him on twitter and he followed back. Then, at the wrestling tournament on Saturday, I got a chance to talk to him for like 10, 15 mins. It was mostly me asking questions tbh and him smiling a lot and mumbling responses. For the rest of the day, he kept miraculously ending up in the same vicinity as me, and we stood next to each other and cheered when my brother was wrestling.

Today he had his wrestle off and he lost. As a person who really knows the sport of wrestling (been around since i was 5), I took some notes during it and went up to him after and told him some things that i noticed. he was very quiet and all he said was thanks, and i was VERY nervous and kept stumbling over my words.

Then at the end a bunch of us were sitting in the trainer's office and i noticed him staring yet again

Do you think he likes me? Am I coming on too strong? Also, what should i do now???? Tips for dealing with shy guys?

Go up to him and be straight forward. Show him you aren't shy and that opposites attract. Look him deep in the eyes and make sure you bat them really fast and hold your breath so that way your face gets red so it looks like your blushing then say " I want to see your dick"

Guys are so clueless when it comes to knowing if a girl likes them, so you have to talk about their gentiles to really get their attention.
