Facebook wont let me change my cover photo?

I Screenshot a picture on facebook then crop out the notification bars and stuff then i upload it to facebook , then i click on that lil camera to change the cover photo , then i cant find the picture i uploaded , it isnt on there . I have a galaxy rush btw
