Facebook identity check?

I've almost finished it but now it says 'please chooce one of the following methods to confirm your identity' and I can't click any of the boxes. There is only one box and i have already done the identify photo's of friends but I still can't submit without clicking the box, but I can't click it! and I really need to get back onto my facebook account
