Either someone is hacking it or it doesn't exist. However I remember seeing this message when I was using facebook mobile. It just doesn't show on the phone or maybe that's just me.

Facebook is Doing Some Maintenance Work on your account they are fixing it they Sometimes have to take Certain profiles Down Temporary to Do Site Work on them so they will keep on working right so they wont have to do serious maintenance work to them in the future it will be back soon just be patient it can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours
