someone i know had a facebook fan page and it got stolen how could i get it back ?

If it was an official page (i.e. your friend had legal rights to own that page) then you can file a complaint on Facebook to return ownership. Just click on "Report Page" (which can be found at the lower right corner of the page) and then select "Is this your intellectual property?"

If it was an unofficial page, then sorry, but there is no way to get it back.
