Instagram help ASAP pleaseee?

two months ago i made a new Instagram account because I didnt want anyone at all from my old town following me.. I don't have my name on my account at the top and my real name isn't in my username either. and to be extra sure no one would see my new account i deleted my facebook so it couldn't link them to my profile.... but today i got a notification saying a girl from back home is now following me.. does anyone have any possible idea of how this girl would have found my new account????? I don't see how, my facebook is deactivated with an OLD email and my real name isn't on my account anywhere, my full name is in my new email that I log in with and that's it. I've never given anyone my new email adress. and she couldnt have found me from her contacts because about 4 weeks ago my cell phone number was changed. so someone please help me understand what is up with this?!

There is Plenty of Ways She Could've Found it Maybe She is Following Someone That you Are Following Doesint Matter if you Make up the Information
