Generally there aren't any because all the good developers stay away from Facebook because we have our own network of forums and websites (dependant on our skills) where we interact and don't get bombarded with pointless adverts

Yes there are many. Simply search with "Web Developers" on Facebook search box and then select groups from the left navigation side.
