Facebook privacy help?

I'm trying to block someone from seeing my friends list, but it won't let me. I've gone to the privacy settings page, but there is nothing about people seeing my friends list. It is only one person that I want to block, so I do want to show my friends list in my profile. I think it has something to do with the new privacy settings, but please help!
And I definitely do not want to block the person, I just don't want them to see my friends list.

On the blue toolbar at the top of your facebook, scroll over the button that says "settings," then look at the drop down list and click "privacy." You are then linked to the main privacy settings page. At the bottom click "block list" and follow the prompts from there. Basically, you type in the name of the person on facebook that you want to block, and they can no longer see that you (on facebook) exist.
