Am I looking too much into this about my ex or should I not worry about?

It's a long story but I'll keep it short and to the point. The story is I was dating this guy for a couple months up until a month ago he just disappeared without any warning. He never answered my calls or when he did he said he would call me back but never did. I found out he has a new girlfriend so I deleted him off facebook, instagram and anything else of him. He recently followed me again on instagram and liked 2 of my pics. I did not follow him back but because the way he disappeared out of my life I don't want to be reminded of him if he is liking my pics.

I dont use instagram but if you can block him- do that. Or you can tell him before you block him and just tell him to stop following you. Getting reminded of your ex sucks many times and the best way to get over it is not interacting with him at all.
