How do I get my college to show up under my name on FB, NOT my work?

You know like when someone hovers over my name, the pop up box has my picture, name, and a little caption in grey. How can I get this to say my college instead of my work? I just have a little retail job and am more proud of where I go to college!!!
I want to do this without deleting all my previous work experience from my timeline. When I delete my current job, it still disregards my school and says "workED at anthropologie" but no one really cares about that. So.. how do I do it? I joined my college's network, but still nothing. Timeline sucks. Thanks for your help!!!

go to where you can change your work setting, and click the audience selector, and select "me only" so no one else can see it

but yes, that hides it from your timeline too, making it a bit pointless to add in the first place
