I would advise you not to. Twitter is about conversation, not number of followers. If you have a 1000 random followers you're just getting spammed and it won't help you with SEO or authority. Just do it yourself. Search by keywords and a start adding people, most will follow you back, and if they don't you can always unfollow. Yes, it'll take you about 2 weeks to get that many, but they will be quality followers. Most of those services that give you leads are shady anyways...
