How do you say "Tell her to friend me." In French?
I'm taking my first year of French and I made a few friends (that is my penpal or penpals of other people ,) and I want to ask one boy on Facebook to tell my penpal Camille to friend me. (I hope I explained that well.) Anyways, he does speak some English, but I want to be sure he understands me so. How do I say, "Can you tell my penpal Camille to friend me?" Thank you!

Hello!

The translation for "Can you tell my penpal Camille to friend me?" is:

''Pourrais-tu demander à mon amie Camille de m'ajouter à sa liste d'amis?'' OR

''Pourrais-tu demander à mon amie Camille de m'ajouter comme ami'' OR

''Pourrais-tu demander à mon amie Camille de m'ajouter sur sa liste d'amis s'il te plaît?'' I prefer this one because it is more polite. ''S'il te plaît'' meaning ''Please''.

You can use either ''mon amie'' which means ''my friend'' or ''ma correspondante'' (if female) ''mon correspondant'' (if male) if you want to say ''penpal''.

Note: The name Camille is used for both females and males. If your penpal Camille is male, you have to write ''ami'' instead of ''amie''.
