How can i block my facebook account for a specific period of time?

I would like to lock my facebook page for an interval of time because i am usually outside in campus and it distracts me a lot. For example, I like to block my account everyday from say early morning till 11:00 PM . By the way, is it possible to activate that example? if not, is there any other way?

block is not the right word to use - and what you want to do is not possible - instead you have to actually learn self control

hello nima, you can actually deactivate your facebook and whenever you login back into the account,it'll activate itself again....... You can do that at the settings section of your facebook account. Hope it helps....rate me.

you cant block it either you can delete it or deactivate ( delete will permanently remove you account but if you deactivate it then you can reactivate it after some time.)
