What Should I do??? Any advice?

okay so I have a question how would you market someone that's modeling (myself)
and want to own a Modeling agency, Hair Extensions line, chain of 24 hour salon/spa and café chain.

should I market myself first as a model, then do a YouTube video documentary about how I decided to create a modeling agency because I got turned down from a lot from agencies but I have had company ask to model (as well as sell merchandise with my sayings) then market my hair products and extensions second based upon my looks and how unique my hair is, then open a salon with a café inside???

Extra side note:
Then later on after my successful ventures has taking off 5 to 10 years from now. I would like to do motivational speaking, Write books and own a company that will help other companies based off my success from the above

how would I go about setting this life plan up???

Bonus question:
does anyone know any good pr companies??? and do you think I need to find one based on what I mentioned above??
My Agency (will be made up of people that I know that are or were in the fashion and beauty industry)
my sizes: 40ddd, 5'6, 140 pounds, brown eyes, nice lips, nice legs, no tattoos,..etc

Hair Product line will be like the Victoria secret of hair. we also offer incentives, giveaways, contests, Foundation that will help battered and abused women, the homeless...etc

Restaurant café I cant say too much because I have a lot of good ideas but no two restaurants will ever be the same its like an a attraction for every city I decided to put it in. but I'm thinking of just putting it in my salon/spa in a separate area (lounge/Waiting room) so the food wont escape into the other areas.

then once I have brushed upon my skills I can give motivation speeches, books, classes in person and online,....etc

You don't market yourself in modeling in the way you are referring to. Your agency should be working hard to book you and market you.

If you haven't modeled at all, it will be far more difficult to run an agency. You will have no experience, no contacts, no idea of what's standard in the industry, no idea of how an agency runs. I've seen tons of ' boutique commercial' agencies come and go because they take the talent that the major agencies don't want, so they can't book jobs.

You need to figure out what type of modeling you are looking to get into, first and foremost. If you haven't been able to get an agent and find real work, then you have to reexamine. Are you under 23, 5'8"+, a size 00-4, and super photogenic? If you don't hit all these marks and you don't fill a very specific niche in the industry, you won't be in high fashion modeling. Hair extensions isn't usually high fashion - it's usually under commercial or part specific modeling.

A Salon with a Cafe will be difficult to pull off. Your clientele will be limited to the folks getting their hair done or the folks waiting for them. No one wants to eat surrounded by the smell of ammonia and the sound of hair dryers, so you won't get too many destination diners.

If a legit company has approached you to consult or to start a product line, jump on it. These offers don't come around too often, especially for someone who is unknown and doesn't have credentials. Get more details and have a sit down with an attorney who can go over the contract with you and tell you what they want from you and what you get in return.

A YouTube documentary? Meh. If you plan to work, you don't make many friends in fashion by badmouthing them in a public forum. You want to generate positive buzz, not a whiny vlog. Be very careful about how you present this.

For your goal of writing, take some English comp classes now. Start with a basic basic class that addresses early English - capitalization, punctuation, tenses, word usage, etc. Then, start using it in daily life. That means your Facebook site is done in proper English. Other than standard abbreviations, your texts are in proper English. E-mails are in standard English. Get in the habit of using it in daily life and it will become automatic. From there, take some composition, writing, literature, and 'writing a novel' classes. Practice, Practice, Practice, but don't let others read your work without covering your copyright and ideas.

Based on what you have here, you aren't ready for a PR company. You aren't modeling, you don't have a company, you don't have products. Once you get established in *something*, you will find a PR company that deals with that. Start with a boutique company, but expect to pay through the nose to use them - like $15000/month for minimal placement on national platforms (Fashion magazines, TV shows).
