A little question about cyber bullying?

I was just on Instagram today and I saw a post by this joint account the "popular" boys in my class did.

The post said "The Ugliest 10 Girls In Our Class" and I was number 8.

I immediately commented that what they were doing was disrespectful and rude to the girls on this list because they are genuinely pretty.
I then, unfollowed them and blocked them.

They went back on their true accounts and started harassing me and called me things "chinky- eyed ugly ass Asian" or "acne ridden face that no one wants to even look at." You know, stuff like that.

I deleted the comments and blocked all of them as well.


So my question was that I wanted to know if I can get a way to get them in Juvie or something because of this type of cyber-bullying. I have screenshots as proof and I just need to know if I could get them out of the school and not cause anymore trouble to and boys or girls in the school before I go to the office and police and tell them about this.

Now, I've actually dug around and found out that you CAN go to jail for cyber bullying. Well not necessarily jail, but they get sent to a house where people watch over them. We're still at the adolescence stage. I don't think you realize that what you put on the internet can go through to the courts. I'm just curious. Was I really complaining that hard about them calling me ugly? I don't really think so. People like you are the reason why this world is going into the dumps. You think that YOUR generation should make the changes on our generation. Well think again. I think children should start listening to their elders more AND that elders should listen to the children more. Things we say are as equal to what you have to say.

If you report them on instagram, they might delete the account. the sad thing is this type of thing happens all the time, and many times it goes unnoticed. just keep your head and remember that they are just being guys and you are a beautiful young lady. if its gets worse maybe consider telling an adult.

well that is totally immature... people are cruel and heartless. They did it for the attention and received what they wanted calling someone stuff they said to you doesn't mean their any better in fact they have no right judging anyone and even anything because we are all God's people, do what you think feels right but I will just tell you this; God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers and I want you to remember this... these times wont last forever

What you should do, since these guys all go to your school, get the 9 other girls, show them the screenshots, and then all ten of you go stand in front of their locker or w/e they hang out and just kick their azzes lol.

Let me get this straight. You want someone to go to jail because of a comment IN America where we HAVE free speech? Cyber bullying is nothing more than a catch word the liberal media is using to make money with. In my day bullies got the crap beat out of them and we handled it and all the bullying stopped. Actually, you can look up websites that will take the user and ban them from sites you can Prove they have cyber bullied on
Yes freedom of speech is a right but not if it makes another person feel down, or made fun of.
U can have a cyber bully law passed in your state if it gets bad enogh
