How will the cyber law in the PHILIPPINES affect anime everywhere else?
Ok, then, on facebook anime pages keep going that the cyber law will stop anime and stuff. But, thats in the Philippines, and they are going, 'IF THIS GETS INTO PLACE, WE CAN'T WATCH ANIME!' But...I mean...thats in the Philippines. Sorry, but I really don't get it, but cheers anyway peoples

They people are just over exaggerating because they think it will cause a chain reaction affecting other people, but it won't. It's on a small scale and they are trying to encourage other people to help stop the cyber laws in Philippines.
