Did they block me on Facebook?
Hi so this person is not on my friends list, and when I look up his name this comes up

You may have clicked an expired link or mistyped the address. Some web addresses are case sensitive.

Does that mean he blocked me? Or did he just deactivate?
The last time he deactivated his name completely disappeared so is it just a glitch or what?

It means that either he has deactivated or its a glitch .
