Uploading photos to facebook from Nokia Lumia 925? Image quality?

So I checked the quality of the picture taken on my phone - it's 3mb and original resolution. When I shared/uploaded it from my phone to Facebook via the phones internet the quality is, for me noticeably poorer. I checked its quality and its been down-scaled to 102.89 KB...

How do I find/change the upload settings on my phone? Or is this the case with all phones uploading photos to Facebook via wifi/3g/4g etc?

Phone Pictures Will have Good Quality When you Have it on your Phone But When you Load it onto Facebook or the Internet it Will Likely Have Poor Quality Unless you Have a Smart Phone and Use a Smart Phone Camera
