Maybe talk to Doctor and he will give you medication.

Phone the hospital for an appointment.

Go to someone that can do something about the situation

"All I can feel is pain, "
Incorrect. You can feel anything you want to. It's just up to you on whether or not you allow yourself to acknowledge those other things

Hello I'm Hannah I'm also 14 and I used to self harm. I think the best thing for me was to get off of social media and do something physical. I logged off Facebook Twitter and snapchat but kept my Instagram and kik but since I saw less of others it helped. I also started doing a lot of dancing (I signed up for a dance team) at first it caused me panic attacks but then I started to enjoy it and now I live for it. My mom also found out I hated everyone and everything so she took me to a doctors office and they gave me antidepressants and attention meds. You can kik me @hannaho777 if you'd like because I'd really like to talk to you Smile best wishes

You're probably depressed... your doctor probably can find you a cognitive therapist who will help. I can also try to help if you just want to talk, I can listen, just write to me: nieveandrea@yahoo.com

Hi Gracie, I cannot argue that you life is great and that you should stop self harming, as I cannot really know how life is for you. An average day for you may be more awful than even my worst day. So let us say, that self harm is one of the options you use to deal with the pain you feel in your life. I think there are some better options to accomplish what you want to accomplish.

What you want to accomplish is an end to your pain. Self harm does not exactly end your pain. While it may provide temporary relief, it does not end it. Most days you probably wake up the next morning feeling just as pained as you did the night before. Sometimes, even worse. And im sure your scars remind you of this pain every single day.

I do not know your life, so I do not know what is causing you your pain. Try to look forward to the next day. Take a gamble that you wake up tomorrow and it will be one of your good days. While it may not be probable, you do know that good days are possible. A survey of your life will probably suggest that your good days occured in a cyclical patten, so it is likely they will recur in that cycle - perhaps not enough to relieve you feelings of pain, but enough to show that in relatiy you pain does occasionally relent.

Knowing that good days will happen and that they "may" be rare you should overlook the pain you feel to look towards the good days. Make the most of your good days, do anything your heart desires.

Try opening up to a close friend? or a parent? Look in to seeing a psychologist? or talk to a teacher who you feel close to....or a school counselor. After all what have you got to lose?

I do too, but i'm getting better, it's been a week Smile "The Butterfly Project" helped me a lot, and talking to someone about it is supposed to help. I saw someone about my problem, she said that writting a diary where i write down all my thoughts helps. Try those 3 things, it might help a bit Smile you just need to know that It will get better, it always gets better ^^

Listen to Demi lovato. Shell be there for you. She saved my life, she can save yours too. Just believe that you have the power to do anything. Please Stay Strong. and do things that will distract you from self harming. like hang out with your friends, play outside, bake, cook, help your parents... anything! i just want you to be happy.
