cant create facebook page?

cant create facebook page?
Removed a facebook page but it didn't properly delete. Now don't have option to create new page.

Go on any page that you have liked on FB. There will be an option on that pg (create a page like this) click on it and there you go now you can create a facebook page.

Or this is way better and easier here's the link http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php you just have to login.
