How do I delete advertisements all over my facebook page?

Ok so I have annoying ads all over my page.. On the very top of my of my news feed, Pretty much the whole left AND right side of my page, right in the middle of my news feed, and under every single picture I view, and it doesn't matter if i'm viewing my pictures or someone else's pictures. Same thing happens when my mom, brothers, or anyone signs into facebook from this computer. when i use someone else's computer I don't have all the ads. How can I fix this? It's really annoying and slows down the computer a lot! If someone could please help that would be GREAT!! Thank you much!
I didn't try the ad blocker thing yet, but i did do an anti virus scan today on my whole computer and fixed all my potential threats.

Have you tried a ad blocker? Get firefox and click on get addons and search adblock plus. Install and it should block ads. Also if there are more ads than there should be try a antivirus scan.
