1. Register your idea and take a patent
2. Publicize few of your designs through social media. This will get you a little famous.
3. Complete a full script of design and provide it without any issues/hindrancesand contact people in the organization
4. Speak with people in organization and take a note of negatives they inform
5. Break the negatives with public support (Polls) or change the details and take it back to organization with rectifications.
