How do you befriend a famous person..?

I am a fan of a famous viner who also does youtube, he seems so cool and his personality and humor is amazingly similar to mine. I only wish I could be his friend or talk to him sometime.. I'm not sure how. I do follow his twitter, Instagram and tumblr blog. But how do I just message him saying "hey! We should be friends?" That's kinda weird..

Also, I know he's interested and open to making friends with his followers, he talks about it a lot on twitter and tries to follow back his followers. But since he has a million followers, it's kinda hard to get that.

See if you can send him an email from his youtube page. But then again ppl arent always the same when you meet them.
