How I can delete it or cancel my question?

I have some question in my account I like to delete it...please any one can tall me ..how I do?

Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.
To delete a question while it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation even resolved questions can be removed that way.You could try emailing the YA team y_answrs_team@yahoo.com
explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted,. however Yahoo will only delete questions if they violate the community guidelines or reveal personal contact information (e.g. email address, full name, phone numbers, address etc).

The same as above pretty much applies to your answers.

Only open Qs can be DELETED. After Resolved/In Voting can't be DELETED.

(If you're on mobile site. Switch to Desktop at the bottom of page) 1) Click My Activity or your pic of avatar. 2) Click My Question tab. 3) Open/Clicked question ( that indicate open ) 4) Scroll down PENCIL ICON EDIT at the bottom of question then click Delete link on scroll down menu.

Other then you can make your Answers profile private.

To make your Answers profile private Visit & Setup on this link. http://answers.yahoo.com/my-activity/edit/settings After opening that link, select "My Contacts Only" by drop dow on the Share my Q&A with filed.

Or, By on going your profile setting. 1) Click My Activity or your pic of avatar. 2) Click "Edit My Preferences " 3) Click "Privacy & Communications" 4) Select My Contacts Only on the Share my Q&A with and finally click submit. Once you've done submit check by clicking "How other see me"

Note:
This setting make your Answers profile private so no one can view or check you Q&A through your Answers profile but in other way it's not necessery to aviod your Q&A viewed on other way such as Google search engine and on yahoo record also many more site you'r Q&A are available.

If you've linked your yahoo to facebook or twitter there are also chances of your question shere on facebook or twitter. If you've linke unlinked on below link. http://profile.yahoo.com/y/settings/linked-accounts/
