How to hack someone's twitter?

Ok so I made a twitter and I wanted my @name to be my first and last name without any underscore or numbers but I can't because it's already taken by someone who barely uses it! They have only 1 tweet and like 3 followers and haven't gone on for like two or.three years I tried tweeting them so I can ask them if they can change there @name but no response

Trojan : The user is inactive so you won't be able to fool him
