Has social media had an impact on small businesses, and how?

I am writing with request for response to a short structured survey study that examines small businesses using social media. I have been doing this research from a perspective of understanding how social media has had an impact on small businesses, for the completion of my MBA Thesis.

I have created an online questionnaire consisting of 10 questions, for which you can find the link below. The survey takes only 2 minutes to complete. Your input would increase the value of this research immensely. The study is purely for academic purposes and complete anonymity is assured. As soon as I have collected and evaluated all questionnaires and information I will gladly share my findings with you.
