can i install Instagram without an iphone/ipod on my laptop?
i want to be able to take pics on my phone or webcam and upload them but can i use instragram to edit them etc...without having an iphone/ipod or any apple software to install it onto
can i just install it to my laptop and if i can IS IT FREE?

No, Instagram is an app that runs on IOSx, not on a computer.
