I don't want to block and unblock also how can I do this to people I'm following doing it one person at a time is getting old!
This is NOT for myspace but couldn't find twitter category

You can use JustUnfollow to unfollow people.

The free account lets you Unfollow 50 people a day.

As for getting them to unfollow you, you might want to look into Twitter's security settings for protecting your tweets: https://support.twitter.com/articles/201...our-tweets

I don't think there's a surefire way to get everyone to unfollow you, since that would be an intrusion into their accounts. But using protected tweets, only the people you want will be able to see your tweets.

There is No Other Way to Do This But Go Through Each Profile and Unfollow Them

Becareful When Removing a Large Amount of People at Once Twitter Calls This Aggressive Unfollowing and They Can Suspend your Account if they Detect That your Aggressively Unfollowing People My Recommendation Would Be to Unfollow People Slowly

Sign in with Twitter and you can unfollow them easily.
