How can i get back my lost facebook account?

actually i had a facebook account.but i forgot what was my email address,password & phone number.For that reason,i can not use my account.i am very upset.please someone help me.

Without that info there is no way to access that account. U need either ur email u use to sign in with so u cab send urself a password reset or ur phone to sent a password reset confirmation code to if u have access ro ur email then u should be able to send a password reset link to change ur password

you can only get it back by asking your brains the email the address you used. once you remember, you can only click the link "forgot my password"
