My account has been tampered with, how do I restore old email?

My e-mail has been deleted as well as my facebook account. Someone has deleted both my accounts and it was not me. I am not able to access my contacts or my apps for facebook All are just gone. I got a message that said I reset the password, I did not reset my password. Facebook I then was told to reset password through my Yahoo account, and that too was denied. I have had the same e-mail for a year, and now both accounts have no record of me. Please help my contacts my apps are very important I get them back. Both accounts I had linked and now neither exist anymore. Please let me know what is going on as soon as possible. Dillon Hughes Yahoo! Yahoo doesn't monitor this forum. It is monitored by other users like yourself. It's never a good idea to list email addresses, passwords, or phone numbers on a public forum. These can be harvested for later use by spammers or hackers.

If you didn't request the password reset there should be a contact address in the password reset email.

It's unlikely you can recover the Yahoo account but you can always call Yahoo Customer Care and ask.
