Active/Messenger status on Facebook Messenger?
My husband and I often use Facebook Messenger to chat - I have an iPhone 4s and he has an iPod touch. Sometimes, when I check messenger, it says "Active X hours ago"...other times it just says "Messenger" under his name at the top. When it says "Messenger", does this mean he's away from a WiFi source? I have a data plan and he's never mentioned anything about mine saying "Messenger" before. Just curious! And serious answers only, please. Thanks!
My husband does not use Facebook on a desktop computer, only on his iPod when he's connected to WiFi. It's blocked at his work.
