Looking out into the social landscape and considering Duck Dynasty media event, some people's support for Vladamir Putin enacting programs which limit homosexual training and propaganda for minors, it's clear that the US needs more change so America can progress more in this area.

I propose that Obama can create a Tolerance Czar in order to implement programs like the ones in Alabama and Massachusetts.
