I have forgotten my Facebook password as well as my Gmail password, from where I login facebook?

gmail, forgot password it will send a link either to another email you have on the account, a text msg to your phone if u added one or it will have you answer a security question, then ones you get that back click forgot password on fb and it will send a comfirmation link to your email and you can change that

Facebook can send a message verification code to your mobile phone , if you have registered ! Simple and easy
