Disadvantages of using social media for business communications?

What are the potential disadvantages of using social media for business communications? I need an outline for an essay like 4 pages that is going to cover why is social media bad.

I will not write 4 pages, but I could give you a couple of reasons.

1) Security. Yeah, lots of people would argue this; however, it's true that social media compromises personal information and is apt to be exploited. Not good.
2) How professional do you appear using the same service that 14 year old's share their 'Meme's' on? Serious business requires professional solutions.
3) You generally don't pay for social media so what does it mean if you won't invest in your own marketing? Saving money is smart, but it's weird to rely on 'Free' services.
4) What kinds of communications are sent? This relates back to the professional factor, but differs in that presentation seems off for tens of thousands of dollars and 'courting' clients.
