My boyfriend keeps losing interest in me HELP PLEASE?

Okay so we've been together for about 10 months, at the start of the relationship he was always so sweet, he said such nice things and he acted like I was his everything. After about three or four months of being together he went through a few weeks where he was super busy with school so we didn't get to talk much or see each other much, but I understood it wasn't his fault so I didn't mind or say anything. after this stage when we were hanging out he was scrolling through his Facebook messages and I saw one said my name in it, so I asked what him and person were talking about. He then told me that while he was busy for that time, he told one of his female friends that he thought he didn't like me anymore. Anyway he changed his mind, and that's why he never told me. He seemed so sorry so I didn't get mad. But I was kind of upset. Things were fine after that but then a few months later he "lost interest" again but we talked it out an it was fine. I can tell when he starts to lose interest because he becomes blunt in his messages and is always sad but wont say why. this has happened quite a few times. It recently happened so bad that i was crying and he was saying that he didn't know if he wanted to be with me, but the next morning he woke up and had completely changed his mind. I can't get mad because i know he cant help it but it hurts so much. I really do love him more than anything in the world and the fact that he loses interest so easily makes me feel like he doesn't care as much as i do. He always blames it on stress but i get stressed too. lately he doesn't seem as into us as he used to be, i feel like i don't really mean much to him and like he used to care so much more. I just would do anything for him, i give him space, i'm there when he's sad (even when he's telling me he's upset because he thinks he doesn't like me anymore, i always just tell him that he needs to do what makes him happy, even if that's not being with me) i just want him to be afraid of losing me for once. I hate living with the constant fear that he can lose interest whenever.

everyone deserves to be wanted at all times. the point of dating is to find the one yes? thats not the one, move on. next. it only gets better from there. best of luck

just be yourself and do what you feel is right. If he is still loosing interest end it and ask to be friends. He may be so shocked that he will realise what he was missing when he had it and want it back
