Anxiety is killing me?
I'm so attached to my boyfriend its like im scared he will leave me so I sign into his google account and facebook to see if he cheats on me...he doesn't which is amazing but I hate it when he looks up (guy stuff) on google and he hasn't for a while which is brilliant but when he does I go all grumpy and don't talk to him to give him a hint and he get the hint but still does it on occation. I can't help it and when I see he does stuff like that I have an anxiety attack where I go cold and sweat and I get BAD shakes. I can't help it. I have tried breathing, relaxing etc etc but I can't do it. After a while it goes away but I can't help it. I can't talk to him or he will hateme for creaping on him. And where he is older its like I CANT talk to him about it or he will shout me. Hes 27 im19. he isnt the understanding person he will just go "deal with it" You shouldn't be doing that" etc. I wanna stop because I get jelous that he looks up celebs and videos etc but I can't help it. HELP MEEE

You need to visit your doctor and tell him what you have told us. There is no point suffering when a pill will probably calm you down.

This is not anxiety it is insecurity has he ever done anything to make you feel insecure. Your question is more telling towards the end when you say he is not understanding and just says deal with it does this make you feel more insecure are you looking for protection and support as relationships are based on trust you need to be honest with your boyfriend nd say how you are feeling he may not realise it if he doesn't care then he is not for you harsh but true,

If you don't back off and give him some space, he will dump you.

Charlotte,

IF you feel you have to check on a male

friend's activities, to make certain he is not cheating

on you, then, let me give you a piece of good

advice:

IT IS OVER.

And that, whether you, or I want to believe it:

it's OVER. You're done.

And that's it.

Go forward with your life. You're no good for

each other.

ok let the guy do his thing. there's nothing wrong with looking up girl stuff either. it's healthy and normal. why don't you look up your own stuff. it has nothing to do with how you or he feels about you. there is a purely physical side to sexuality and there are appropriate ways to let it out. porn and roleplaying are those ways

if you want a lasting relationship with this guy you need to let him do his thing
