Can't upload pictures to Instagram?

Can't upload pictures to Instagram?
I recently updated my iPhone o the IOS 6. Well when I did I decide to get on instagram. I tried to upload a picture from my device and something popped up an I clicked no. So now I can't click my libraries and use my own pictures. It says go to privacy settings and enable it so I could. But idk where that is please help.

Settings > Privacy > Photos > Instagram (& Facebook) will be Off. Toggle On.
